Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Brogg was born with his mother's beautiful face. Brogg was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Mercenary. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A freak accident while working with his Priest mother left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
