Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He keeps his long blonde hair kept up in a rat tail. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Wiggan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He struck the Jeweler job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: She was born in the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.
