Through the years after Ovak was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ovak's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Ovak and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his music dream.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a Actor, his father struggled to pay the bills. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people
