History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Mason. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mason for the past few years.

One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gifted student she started as a Locksmith, but she got bored and became a Stableman. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
