History: Born to a Spy, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gifted student he started as a Laborer, but he got bored and became a Detective. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Detective for the past few years.
