History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Fulbar was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sage. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
