She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a Unemployed, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
