History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Therlin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and a deep hatred of drow

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Spy for hire.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he desires power and/or immortality

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
