Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she dresses like a well dressed Dyer does. Her gold crest is long and unkept. Her gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She tends to her Dyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
