Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears just a brown suit. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His brown fur is thinning but still full. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'11" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is dressed in an above average manner. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tyna embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Tyna was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Ellyjoybell was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Gnome Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.
