Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Delebean is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born to a Carter, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This dark-skinned female wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Zagga was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
