Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He married young, but lost his spouse to illithids. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Barber. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Gifted from a young age, Dondon studied abroad. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
