History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Carlin was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Carlin's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Carlin was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
