Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.
