History: Umpen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Umpen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it, and is pretty ugly. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Burto was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He worked as a nervous Fortune-teller and found it very stressful. Recently the stress of being a Fortune-teller has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Prosperine's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Prosperine was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: This slender woman stands about 2'8". She wears a white vest and prefers red and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is black and curly. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are violet.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
