Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She very much looks the part of a Blacksmith. Her hair is long and black with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small black clips. She has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: Born in the west to a Blacksmith, Oolah learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Oolah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Oolah never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and a deep hatred of drow

Description: This malnourished woman wears brown trousers with yellow and white striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her red fur is knotted and matted. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Seven was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his crossbow with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his father's many stories. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Lance's homeland. Lance decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'9" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her brown hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Stylist born in the past three hundred years. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was born in the west. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and expand her business
