Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Orc, and stands approximately 6'0". He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and his gloved hand is found clutching a flail. His hair is long and black with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a fancy tan dress. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Ellyjoybell has worked very hard to control her curse. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the north; and to protect her home

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: She is a Hag in disguise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bardryn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bardryn. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his greatsword. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His ears are large.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he's repulsed by the pc
