Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat, and is pretty ugly. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Elf Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To protect his home.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's also a talented Cartwright, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult
