He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Phelaia was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Carter. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
