History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. After a long history of fighting, Lucan and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tieflings in Decarabia's homeland. Decarabia decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Decarabia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Direcris was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
