Description: This slender man stands about 3'2". He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Crampernap speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Heward was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
