History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Rhogar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he is greedy
