Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her head has been shaved. Her hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Nora alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it.

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing tan cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length white hair. His eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Lucan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: He wears baggy grey pantaloons and a black scarf, and carries maces. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Baern embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Baern was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Healer. After a long history of fighting, Baern and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
