She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. The war was a terrible time for him, and Baern does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Painter like his mother before him.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. His bronze crest is matted, messy, and big. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady red eyes.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Medrash lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: A 4'11" southern man, he prefers to wear flannel. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
