Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has moderate length brown hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing writing.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Marigold was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Marigold's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he usually wears his pastel robe and has his bastard sword always slung over his shoulder. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are a pleasant yellow.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Sweet never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: To end his boredom.

He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: Rolen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Rolen reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
