She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Sporting a silver mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Portia is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Portia lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town.
