History: The child of a Sailor, who enjoyed hunting, Adelard was taken on many hunting expeditions. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To be a Sailor again; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
