He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ortegar studied abroad. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
