History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
