History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He now mingles about in high society.
