Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying south to reunite her family. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Jade's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. After coming to the age of reason, Jade took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Body Guard business at a young age. In his youth he was a Knight, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger sister on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
