Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Alex lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Malmûg was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Miller, and he later adopted a second son.
