History: Born in the east to a Knight, Paelias learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Paelias and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She has achieved small success as a Layabout.
