History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Her addictions have taken their toll on her wallet, and she has found herself with a great deal of debt owed.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: The child of a Apothecary, who enjoyed hunting, Varis was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.
