History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Her top hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Phann wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Expert school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.
