Description: A middle-aged woman, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light green in addition to tight pants, and is pretty ugly. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nija will drive conversation. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Sellsword responsibilities is difficult; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He very much looks the part of a Sage. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His crest is scarlet and curly. He has red eyes and a black hat with a brown feather.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tarhun grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tarhun. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tarhun fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Performer but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Performer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture
