She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She struck the Butcher job and began her own company from there.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Siffress was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over.
