History: Born in the west to a Bricklayer, Phelaia learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bricklayer for the past few years.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
