History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A gifted student she started as a Performer, but she got bored and became a Mayor. She struck the Mayor job and began her own company from there.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. A true patriot, Rinn would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
