History: She was born in the south. When Joan reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

History: She got into the Mortician business at a young age. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mortician. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and many gnolls want her driven away
