Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. The war was a terrible time for him, and Dalgal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Dalgal was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
