Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Ogbur enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
