History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

She prefers to carry a lance, but if one is not available she will default to her hammer. Her white hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady hazel eyes.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Born to a Healer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Merla and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
