Description: 5'4" and muscular, this western man prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Varis reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is typically in his Marshal uniform. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her flail, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. She has wavy gray fur. Her eyes are likewise yellow. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A freak accident while working with her Navigator mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is her passion
