History: Morkral was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fortune-teller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fortune-teller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Vola was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Vola abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
