Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She tends to wear a yellow poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She has dyed her greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. Her violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Williamina is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner.
