History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Helja alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Helja was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Butcher kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She worked as a nervous Ploughman and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
