History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Paggen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he tends to wear a green poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His rusty crest is long and unkept. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is a great chef.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
