Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length dark red hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Mastema isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Mastema lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has achieved small success as a Mercenary.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. Her white hair is greasy and uncared for. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: She was born in a small desert village. When Therlin reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Being a Armorer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: She has the majority of her body covered in plate. She is physically well-built. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Cartwright business.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. He wears a colorful flower in his chestnut hair. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dalgal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.
