History: Born in the east to a Server, Jade learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jade was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Jade never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Shifting was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shifting decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Rolen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oriff embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
